Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Ritz Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a key member of the maintenance team, you will be responsible for carrying out reactive tasks in occupied and empty rooms, general repairs, basic plumbing, painting, changing light bulbs and batteries, changing locks, PPM checks, fire alarm testing, moving furniture and mattresses, and grounds work.

This is a temporary position, paying £16.50 per hour on a PAYE basis. The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Maintenance, Fabric Engineer, Caretaker or Handyman. No tools are required, and a CSCS Card is not necessary.

The salary for this position is estimated at £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, based on 37 hours per week and 52 weeks per year.
