About the Role: Temporary Handyman / Maintenance Technician

Ritz Recruitment is currently seeking a skilled tradesperson to join their maintenance team on a temporary basis. As a Handyman / Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for a range of tasks including general repairs, PPM checks, and site-specific works such as fire alarm testing. You will also support the maintenance team with grounds work and other ad-hoc tasks.

This is a PAYE role, paying £16.50 per hour. The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Maintenance, Fabric Engineer, Caretaker or Handyman. No tools are required, and a CSCS Card is not necessary. The estimated annual salary for this position is £30,000 - £40,000, based on 37 hours per week and 52 weeks per year.
