Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Training Instructor to join our team on a full-time basis. As the market leader in powered access rental and specialist training for working at height, we offer a brilliant opportunity for someone who has their IPAF demonstrator licences and would like an alternative career in the world of training.

This role involves delivering high-quality IPAF training to both internal and external customers across the South East region. You will work closely with our sales teams to ensure that our customers receive exceptional service and support. Your excellent communication and presentation skills will enable you to provide engaging training sessions that meet the required standards of the business and external bodies.

The ideal candidate will have a competitive salary, car or cash allowance, pension, 25 days holiday, and life assurance. If you have a driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points, flexible travel arrangements, and the ability to work independently, this could be the perfect role for you.
