This is a unique opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of students by providing them with the care, guidance, and support they need to thrive both academically and personally.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide emotional and practical support to students, helping them with daily routines and activities.
- Monitor the well-being of students and provide appropriate interventions when necessary.
- Work closely with teachers, school staff, and parents to ensure the holistic development of each student.
- Support students in developing independence and life skills.
- Previous experience as a Residential Support Worker or in a similar role is desirable.
- A caring and empathetic nature with a genuine passion for supporting young people.
- An updated CV and an enhanced DBS registered to the update service (or be willing to apply for one).
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
