About the Role:- Achieve a comprehensive understanding of the new business process and assist in developing it where necessary.
- Submit all forms of new business and create New Business Events.
- Ensure cases are progressed to transfer completion and plans are put on risk.
- Add fund accounts and initial funds, including full account details.
- Download contract notes and save to client records.
- Send communication to clients about new plans and policy documents.
- Ensure compliance department approval and progress pre-submissions until completion.
- Liaise with clients to arrange medical appointments.
- Fund switches for completed new business.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
