The ideal candidate will have a current UK CAA or EASA A licence, base/line maintenance experience on commercial aircraft, and a valid diploma/apprenticeship or equivalent. They will also be required to maintain awareness and ensure best practices are observed for Health & Safety and Human Factors.

The role involves observing and adhering to the company Tooling Policy, ensuring all paperwork is completed to the required standards, and keeping their personal work area and facility clean and tidy. The successful candidate will also be responsible for notifying the company of any significant findings and raising safety reports on identifying any hazards or incidents.

The company offers a competitive salary and allowances, 7% employer contribution to pension, 3x life assurance, private healthcare and private dental, free eye tests and vouchers towards glasses, employee assistance programme, employee referral programme, training and development support to widen skills and knowledge, and buy and sell annual leave.
