We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Temporary Receptionist to join our team in Bathgate for a 3-month assignment.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and thrive in a fast-paced office environment.
Main Responsibilities:- Manage all office correspondence, including emails and letters.
- Monitor and reorder front office supplies as needed.
- Previous experience in a reception or customer service role is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- You will be employed directly by us, ensuring you receive top-notch support throughout your assignment.
