About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Offshore Pipeline Engineer to join our team. As a Senior Offshore Pipeline Engineer, you will be responsible for preparing and checking engineering calculations and assessments, utilising Excel and Mathcad as necessary.
You will also be responsible for checking and interpreting FE analysis (typically Abaqus CAE and coded input decks), working within our Quality Management System, suggesting improvements, and participating in quality audits.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and check engineering calculations and assessments, utilising Excel and Mathcad as necessary.
- Check and interpret FE analysis (typically Abaqus CAE and coded input decks).
- Work within QMS, suggesting improvements, participate in quality audits.
- Supervise and lead multi-disciplinary teams on more than one project at a time.
- Sales and Account Management, including business development and proposal writing.
- Cross-sell Jee services and be a Jee champion inside and outside of the office.
- Project Management, responsible for planning and implementing projects of strategic importance to Jee.
- Interface with the project controller to ensure accurate reporting and invoicing.
- Select subcontractors and monitor progress for on-time delivery.
- Integrate work/product from subcontractor into Jee delivery.
- Client interface for data, progress, queries.
