Wholesale Coordinator Job Description

Zachary Daniels is seeking a highly motivated and organized Wholesale Coordinator to join our team. As a Wholesale Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our business operations, ensuring seamless communication with customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Account Support: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to account-specific calls and emails, and developing strong relationships with key partners and retailers.
  • Product Setup: Assist in setting up in-depth product information, providing partners and retailers with the necessary details.
  • Sales Data Analysis: Analyze sales data and generate weekly reports, including key initiatives sales data and stock availability.
  • Order Processing: Process orders, review and enter orders, and maintain open order workbooks, linking with other departments.
  • Meetings and Communication: Attend internal and external meetings, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Data Cleansing: Perform data cleansing tasks to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Customer and Vendor Relationships: Understand and appreciate customers' logistical needs and vendor compliance, developing strong working relationships with customers, retail partners, peers, and other departments.
  • Product Knowledge: Participate in product and brand knowledge training to learn about new and existing product lines.
  • Administrative Support: Provide end-to-end administrative support to ensure seamless business operations.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 1+ year of working in a similar role for a consumer goods, FMCG, distribution, or wholesale business, with experience working with business customers, placing orders, and managing accounts from an administrative/customer service perspective.
  • Skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, strong organizational skills, a 'go-getter' attitude, team player with excellent customer service skills, comfortable in a fast-paced environment, process and results-driven, and computer literate.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive Salary: £35,000 starting salary.
  • Benefits: 33 days holiday per year, team events and social activities, pension matching 3% of salary, 12 weeks full pay for maternity leave, 4 weeks full pay for paternity leave, discretionary annual bonus, private healthcare cover, life cover, income protection, and critical illness cover.
