Business Development Manager
Adele Carr Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join their team. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients across the Northwest / UK, while nurturing existing partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target new business opportunities
- Develop a deep understanding of the product range
- Make introductory calls and set appointments with potential clients
- Visit customers on site to sell the full portfolio of services
- Negotiate contracts and acquire new partnerships
- Nurture new clients and manage existing ones to increase revenue spend
- Manage your own pipeline to ensure targets are met
- Develop and execute a sales strategy
- Update the CRM accordingly
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or field sales
- Clean driving license
- Target-driven with a desire to earn high commission
