Business Development Manager

Adele Carr Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join their team. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients across the Northwest / UK, while nurturing existing partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target new business opportunities
  • Develop a deep understanding of the product range
  • Make introductory calls and set appointments with potential clients
  • Visit customers on site to sell the full portfolio of services
  • Negotiate contracts and acquire new partnerships
  • Nurture new clients and manage existing ones to increase revenue spend
  • Manage your own pipeline to ensure targets are met
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy
  • Update the CRM accordingly

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or field sales
  • Clean driving license
  • Target-driven with a desire to earn high commission
