Key Responsibilities- Assist with daily life tasks, including personal care, medication, and mealtimes.
- Escort and assist individuals in and around the service, at external events, and appointments.
- Support our Person-Centred approach, encouraging maximum independence and helping individuals achieve their aspirations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
- Essential experience as a Care Assistant, Support Worker, or similar role.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively.
- Flexibility to work within rostered hours and participate in an on-call rota when required.
