About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Health Project Coordinator to join our team at Ideal Health. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of our digital health projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with project leads and clients to ensure effective project scoping and pricing
  • Oversee the mobilisation of projects, including project kick-off and initiation
  • Develop and maintain clear governance and controls for all projects
  • Work with project leads and resourcing to ensure timely selection, briefing, contracting, and onboarding of teams
  • Monitor project delivery and ensure services are provided in line with client expectations
  • Review delivery reports and identify risks and issues
  • Provide regular communication with key clients and stakeholders
Requirements
  • Commercial project delivery experience within digital health
  • Project delivery experience across a range of digital health areas
  • Commercial project delivery experience
  • Service delivery experience ideally within professional services and consulting projects
  • Project management experience and a sound understanding of Project management and PMO principles
  • A Practitioner level qualification in Project management methodologies such as Agile or Prince
