We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Health Project Coordinator to join our team at Ideal Health. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of our digital health projects.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with project leads and clients to ensure effective project scoping and pricing
- Oversee the mobilisation of projects, including project kick off and initiation
- Ensure clear governance and controls are in place for all projects
- Work with project leads and resourcing to select, brief, contract, and onboard teams for new projects
- Monitor project delivery and ensure services are provided in line with client expectations
- Review delivery reports and identify risks and issues
- Provide regular communication with key clients and stakeholders
- Commercial project delivery experience within digital health
- Project delivery experience across a range of digital health areas
- Commercial project delivery experience
- Service delivery experience ideally within professional services and consulting projects
- Project management experience and a sound understanding of Project management and PMO principles
