Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Training and Development Specialist to join our team at Austin Fraser. This role involves delivering training sessions to support individuals in developing employability and personal social development skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver innovative, engaging, and motivating training sessions to participants with the objective of helping them secure sustainable work.
  • Assess individual participant ability and support needs through a range of assessment mechanisms, including observational assessment.
  • Carry out group training sessions in classroom-based and virtual environments.
  • Support local recruitment consultants with group recruitment processes, such as screening sessions and mock interview preparation.
Requirements
  • A recognized teaching/training qualification or studying for one (City and Guilds 7407 or 7304, PTLLS/CTLLS/DTLLS/Level 3 Award in Education).
  • GCSE English Language at a minimum of a Grade B (or equivalent Level 2 qualification).
  • Ability to be flexible and mobile to cover a geographical area.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £25,000-£35,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, benefits include additional leave, company pension, cycle to work scheme, employee discount, enhanced maternity leave, and enhanced paternity leave.
