About the Role:

MP Training and Recruitment is looking for a Nursery Practitioner and Learning Facilitator to join our team. The successful candidate will have a full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification and previous experience working with children. They will be passionate about making learning fun and engaging for each child, and possess strong knowledge and understanding of Safeguarding, Child Protection, and the wider legislative requirements for working with children.

The role involves promoting and ensuring child welfare, protection, health, and safety, as well as safeguarding. The ideal candidate will be able to use a variety of communication techniques with both children and adults, and will have a strong commitment to providing a safe and supportive environment for all children.

The salary for this position is estimated to be in the range of £26,712 - £31,800 per annum pro rata, depending on qualification and experience.
