Job Description
This role involves working as a qualified Bank Early Years Practitioner within our nursery setting. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for engaging children in entertaining and educational play activities, encouraging their development towards key milestones, and ensuring their safety throughout the day. You will also work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a positive, happy, and safe environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support nursery colleagues in delivering the EYFS curriculum
- Engage children in play activities that promote learning and development
- Ensure child safety and well-being at all times
- Maintain a clean and hygienic environment
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification
- Previous experience working with children in a nursery or similar setting

- An ability to use a variety of communication techniques with both children and adults
- A sound understanding of child protection and safeguarding procedures
