We are seeking a Consultant General Adult Psychiatrist to work in a sector-based role between the Community Mental Health Team (CMHT) for Lancaster and Morecambe, and the Inpatient Ward at The Orchard, Lancaster.

The post is full-time, with an expectation to join the Consultant On Call rota, for which additional remuneration is payable.

Main Duties
  • Work in a sector-based role between the CMHT and the Inpatient Ward.
  • Join the Consultant On Call rota.
Person Specification
  • MBBS or equivalent.
  • Full GMC registration and Licence to Practise.
  • On the GMC Specialist Register or within 6 months.
  • Section 12 approved or within 3 months.
  • AC status or within 3 months.
