Skilled Tradesperson

We are seeking a skilled tradesperson to join our team as a multifaceted labourer. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality services while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
About the Role:
- You will work independently and as part of a team to ensure the delivery of excellent service to residents.
- Undertake full removal and disposal of items, including fitted kitchens, wardrobes, attic space, and conservatories.
- Conduct preliminary visual fault inspections and provide feedback to line managers.
- Perform multi-skilled ancillary tasks associated with the primary role objective, where and when required.
- Basic tiling, painting, plastering, insulation, electrical duties, and external works.
- Undertake general labouring duties and multi-skilled ancillary tasks associated with the primary role objective.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring resident engagement.
- Maintaining the highest standards of integrity and professionalism in accordance with relevant legislation.
- Ensuring activities are carried out to the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
