About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Benefits Manager to join our team as an EPR Benefits Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of the Electronical Patient Record (EPR) programme's full range of benefits.

Main Responsibilities

  • Identify, manage, and realise benefits that align with the programme's objectives.
  • Take the lead on all aspects of benefits management throughout the entire programme lifecycle.
  • Work closely with the Head of Operational Change to drive the programme's success.

Requirements

  • Experience of working in a large complex organisation.
  • Ability to balance competing priorities and meet personal and EPR targets within a fluctuating and demanding workload.
  • Significant experience of advising managers on operational and strategic issues.

Contractual Requirements

Ability to work the hours required to ensure satisfactory performance of duties.
