Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled EPR Benefits Manager to join our team at Sherwood Forest Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of the Electronical Patient Record (EPR) programme's full range of benefits.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead all aspects of benefits management throughout the entire programme lifecycle, including identifying, managing, and realising benefits that align with the programme's objectives.
  • Work closely with the Head of Operational Change to drive the programme's success and ensure that the intended outcomes are fully achieved.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the programme's objectives, scope, and deliverables, as well as the benefits management methodology and tools.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritise benefits, and develop a comprehensive benefits realisation plan.
  • Monitor and report on benefits progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring that benefits are realised in a timely and effective manner.

Requirements
  • Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Change management methodology qualification (APMG Change Management Practitioner or equivalent certification), or similar level experience.
  • Prince2 Practitioner, MSP or other Programme Management qualification.
  • Significant experience of working in a large complex organisation, with a proven track record of benefits management and programme delivery.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
