Napthens LLP is seeking a highly skilled Private Client Lawyer to join our team. As a key member of our Private Client team, you will be responsible for managing your own caseload and providing expert advice on Probate, Trusts, Court of Protection, and Lasting Power of Attorneys.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of Private Client matters, including Probate, Trusts, and Court of Protection
  • Provide expert advice to clients on Lasting Power of Attorneys and other Private Client matters
  • Work closely with other members of the Private Client team to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in legislation and case law affecting Private Client practice
