Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate press brake machines to bend, form, or punch metal components.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to ensure accurate production.
  • Adjust machine settings for different materials and thicknesses to achieve optimal results.
  • Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy, making adjustments as needed to meet customer requirements.
  • Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and ensure efficient production.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Press Brake Setter Operator in a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings to interpret specifications and instructions.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work that meets customer expectations.
  • Familiarity with machine maintenance and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive hourly rate of £14.00 - £17.00, depending on shift pattern and previous experience.
  • Overtime paid at time and one half over 40 hours and Saturday mornings.
  • Temp to perm opportunities for successful candidates after 13 weeks agency worker service.
  • Multiple shift patterns available, including days and nights.
