We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning Analyst to join our team at Delek US. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and profitability through financial optimization and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain financial models to optimize customer and gas plant performance and investment.
  • Forecast and summarize the financial status of the midstream business, interpreting commodity change impacts, profit margins, and other metrics used in measuring fiscal stability.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packages.
  • Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual variance analyses of financial and statistical data.
  • Support ad hoc reports and/or analyses as necessary.
Requirements:
  • 4-year Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Business, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Accounting, or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
  • Master's Degree preferred.
  • Four (4) or more years of experience in a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
