Creative Director

Mint Velvet is a dynamic and creative company that values innovation and excellence. We are seeking a talented Design Team Lead to join our team and contribute to the development of our brand identity.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in design, with experience in leading design teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously. They will be responsible for ensuring the brand handwriting is consistent across all touchpoints and will work closely with the Creative Director to develop and implement design strategies.
The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. They will also have a strong understanding of design principles, including UX design and store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead design work for both print and digital under the direction of the Creative Director
- Ensure consistent brand handwriting across all touchpoints
- Deliver and coordinate all design work for both print and digital using Asana
- Test all new print concepts and materials
- Allocate design work within the design studio and manage workflow
Requirements:
- Strong background in design, with experience in leading design teams
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Strong understanding of design principles, including UX design and store environment
- Keen eye for detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
