Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Design Team Lead to join our creative team. As a key member of our design studio, you will be responsible for leading design work for both print and digital under the direction of our Creative Director.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure consistent brand handwriting across all touchpoints
  • Deliver and coordinate all design work for both print and digital using Asana
  • Test all new print concepts and materials to ensure fit for purpose and on brand
  • Allocate design work within the design studio and manage workflow to ensure all projects are delivered on time
  • Ad hoc packaging and branding projects

Requirements:

  • Creative flair with an exceptional eye for quality and detail
  • Well-rounded understanding of design, both online and offline
  • Knowledgeable in design, with a keen eye on emerging trends
  • Strong people and relationship management experience
  • Great commercial awareness, maintaining a customer focus in all activities and decisions
