Job Title: Structural Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Structural Engineer to join our team at RGB Network. As a key member of our structural engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and developing structural solutions for various projects across the north of England and occasionally across the UK.

About the Role:

  • Design and develop structural solutions for new build projects, working closely with the design team.
  • Collaborate with clients and architects to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Develop and maintain a sound knowledge of current technical standards, including the Eurocodes and Finite Element Analysis packages.
  • Work towards Chartered status and maintain a commitment to continued professional development.
  • Hold a full UK Driving Licence and be eligible to live and work in the UK.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive remuneration package, including a salary range of £27.5K to £30K depending on experience.
  • 26 days paid annual leave, comprising your birthday, 22 flexible days, and 3 days fixed over the Christmas period.
  • 8 bank holidays and the ability to buy up to 3 days additional leave.
  • Flexible working with up to 2 days per week working from home, with agreement of Managing Director.
  • Wellbeing Wednesday treats and an early Friday finish at 15:45hrs.
