The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Nigel Wright Group as a Payroll Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the payroll process for a large number of employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with UK tax regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process payroll for a high volume of monthly paid employees
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to UK payroll stakeholders
  • Assist with year-end support and ensure compliance with tax regulations
  • Maintain accurate payment records and deductions

About You
  • Proven experience in UK payroll and legislation
  • Excellent Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders
  • Continuous improvement mindset and ability to work in a hybrid environment
