About the RoleWe're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Stonehaven services. As a Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in supporting individuals to live independently in their own homes. Our team is diverse and works collaboratively to ensure the people we support are happy and safe in their own homes.
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting with medication administration
- Cooking and preparing meals
- Assisting with personal care when required
- Maintaining the homes of people supported and helping to manage their finances
We're looking for someone who is flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including 7.30am - 3pm, 3pm - 9pm, and long day and sleepover shifts. If you're a fun-loving and motivated individual who loves going the extra mile to improve the lives of others, we'd love to hear from you.
