About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Practitioner to join our team in Stonehaven. As a Support Practitioner, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities and additional support needs to maintain their independence and live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide person-centered support to individuals with disabilities and additional support needs
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care and household chores
  • Support individuals to participate in community activities and develop their skills and interests
  • Work collaboratively with other professionals to ensure high-quality support is provided
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individual support plans

Requirements

  • A full driving license and access to a vehicle
  • A caring and compassionate attitude
  • The ability to work well in a team
  • Confidence to go in the water as swimming is a regular activity
  • Great communication and organisational skills
  • A positive attitude with a willingness to learn
  • A creative drive to improve the lives of the individuals you support
  • Confidence in the use of computers
