Deputy Manager - Children's Home in Beccles

Opus People Solutions is a reputable provider of residential care services, seeking an experienced Deputy Manager to lead our client's EBD children's home in Beccles, on the Norfolk/Suffolk border.

About the Role
  • As Deputy Manager, you will support the Registered Manager and senior leadership team in daily operations, ensuring the smooth running of the home.
  • You will lead the staff team, mentoring and supporting junior members of staff to deliver high-quality care.
  • In the absence of the Registered Manager, you will deputise, taking responsibility for the management of the service.
  • You will be responsible for developing care practices within the service, driving continuous improvement and excellence.
Requirements
  • A Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) is essential.
  • You must have experience leading in a children's residential setting, ideally as a Senior Residential Support Worker or Team Leader.
  • A full UK Driving License is required.
