Manufacturing Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team at Point Professional Recruitment LTD. As a key member of our manufacturing facility, you will be responsible for optimizing manufacturing operations through the delivery of quality, delivery, and efficiency improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Drive process and component quality improvements to enhance manufacturing FTPR (First Time Pass Rate).
  2. Assess components and processes to identify causes of failure and provide feedback into Engineering, Manufacturing, and Suppliers.
  3. Support NPD/NPI projects.
  4. Support improvements of internal process yield and external quality PPM by designing and implementing tooling, jigs, fixtures, test equipment, and improved processes.
  5. Drive Lean Manufacturing principles and Kaizen toolset.
  6. Lead Manufacturing Engineering projects as required.
  7. Support change initiatives in manufacturing.
  8. Identify, install, and commission new plant and equipment to meet the business's changing product and process needs.
