Sales Development Representative, EMEA

The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our EMEA team. As a key member of our global sales team, you will be responsible for communicating with clients to understand their needs and explaining the value of our product.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle for renewals, upsell and cross-sell using cross-departmental expertise as primary resources.
- Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate client needs fulfilment.
- Proactively engage cross-functionally to bring new product development, client engagement and competitive intelligence strategies to the larger team.
- Meet or exceed monthly and yearly revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate Salesforce data: accounts, opportunities, pipeline and forecasts.
- Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes.
- Acting as a client advocate with a focus on improving the buyer experience.
Requirements
- Located in EMEA.
- 3+ years of sales experience and client development, with a minimum of 2 years selling into EMEA.
- A proven track record of developing a greenfield territory and expanding business.
- Salesforce proficiency.
- Experience in cross-functional teams to ensure Customer Success and satisfaction.
- Desire to work for a fast-paced startup and take on increasing levels of responsibility.
- Strong written and spoken communication in Dutch and English.
