About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Gardener to join our team at Fortus Recruitment Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining the grounds and gardens of our clients in the Epping region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the grounds and gardens of our clients, including mowing, pruning, and planting.
  • Operate and maintain various grounds maintenance equipment, including ride-on mowers and strimmers.
  • Work independently and as part of a small team to achieve goals and objectives.
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.
  • Adhere to health and safety guidelines and protocols.
Requirements
  • GCSEs or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience in grounds maintenance, including the safe use and operation of pedestrian mowing equipment, strimmers, and hedge cutters.
  • Knowledge of basic IT skills, including email and mobile phone usage.
  • Previous experience working in a team environment.
  • Ability to work in a timely manner and to a high standard without supervision.
