Job Title: Head of Supply Chain and Fulfilment

Craft Gin Club is seeking a seasoned professional to lead and optimize our global supply chain strategy and operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a team of four operational head office staff and owning global supply chain budgets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive supply chain strategy to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Manage a team of four operational head office staff to ensure seamless execution of supply chain operations
  • Own global supply chain budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business objectives and improve customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure Craft Gin Club remains competitive
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the B2C/DTC industry
  • Proven track record of managing large, fast-paced supply chains and driving operational improvements
  • Excellent people management and negotiation skills
  • Highly numerate with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Technology savvy with experience working with 3PL API interfaces and WMS systems
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
