Job Summary: Apprenticeship Delivery Team Manager

Twin Group is an award-winning provider of education, training, and apprenticeships. We are seeking a highly experienced Apprenticeship Delivery Team Manager to join our team. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our apprenticeship programmes. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that our apprentices have the best possible experience, and that our employer partners receive excellent support.

About the Role:

The Apprenticeship Delivery Team Manager will report directly to the Director of Apprenticeships and will be responsible for the overall management of our apprenticeship programmes. This includes leading the design and implementation of new apprenticeship standards, managing budgets, resource allocation, and programme logistics to meet organisational objectives. You will also build and maintain strong relationships with apprentices, mentors, trainers, external partners, and employers. In addition, you will manage and mentor a team of apprenticeship coaches, staff, coordinators, and support staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and implementation of new apprenticeship standards.
  • Manage budgets, resource allocation, and programme logistics to meet organisational objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with apprentices, mentors, trainers, external partners, and employers.
  • Manage and mentor a team of apprenticeship coaches, staff, coordinators, and support staff.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need at least 5 years of extensive experience in managing apprenticeship or workforce development programs, a proven track record of operational leadership and stakeholder engagement, strong project management and organisational skills, exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, expertise in compliance and regulatory frameworks related to apprenticeships, analytical skills to interpret data and drive decision-making, and proficiency in relevant software and learning management systems (LMS). A Bachelor's degree in education/strategic leadership is desirable. Estimated salary: £55,000 per annum depending on experience.
