Pet Care Client Relationship Manager

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate individual to join our team at Leicester Beaumont Leys Vets4Pets practice as a Client Relationship Manager.

About the Role

In this vital role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients and their pets. Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional service, ensuring that our clients feel valued, supported, and cared for throughout their visit.

You will utilize your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to deliver outstanding service, manage client interactions, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of practice services and additional services available.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage client interactions, offering support, guidance, and expertise in managing payments and future bookings.
  • Coordinating the smooth running of day-to-day routines of the practice using our online booking system.
  • Providing guidance by keeping yourself fully up-to-speed with the practice services and any additional services available.
  • Dealing with clients' needs calmly and attentively, providing comfort and support where required.
Requirements
  • A friendly and approachable demeanor when interacting with clients and their pets.
  • Strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a genuine love of animals.
  • Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments, managing multiple tasks efficiently.
