Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Project Manager to join our team at Williams Manufacturing. The successful candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing engineering and project management, with a proven track record of delivering multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and deliver multiple projects at one time, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Develop project plans and oversee project execution, monitoring progress and making adjustments as necessary.
  • Work alongside senior management to deliver on continuous improvement, upgrade, and installation projects.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to streamline operations and increase efficiency.
  • Manage capital expenditure, including sourcing materials, parts, and machinery, and acquiring and managing contractors on projects.
  • Present project updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Strong mechanical and electrical engineering background, with experience in manufacturing engineering and project management.
  • Proven track record of delivering multiple projects simultaneously, on time and within budget.
  • Competencies in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, and automation.
  • Understanding of COSHH and chemical handling.
  • Cradle-to-grave project management experience.
