Job Overview

This is a varied role that requires a talented individual to work closely with managers, enhance team performance, and develop people-focused solutions. The successful candidate will provide expert guidance on HR matters and mentor an HR Coordinator to foster professional growth.

About the Role

The HR Advisor will be responsible for:

  • Partnering with managers to identify HR priorities and provide guidance on people practices.
  • Leading on employee relations issues such as flexible working, bereavement, and maternity/paternity leave.
  • Overseeing HR reporting, payroll support, and payment-related processes.
  • Championing corporate initiatives such as diversity, equity, inclusion, and sustainability.
Key Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience partnering with managers and navigating sensitive HR matters.
  • A Level 3 CIPD qualification or equivalent experience with strong knowledge of employment law.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organisation, and communication skills.
  • The ability to analyse and present information effectively.
