As a Senior Level Designer, you will be responsible for creating and owning major immersive environments for our AAA IP. You will work closely with our team of passionate and experienced designers to bring our game to life. Your expertise in level flow, metrics, and pacing will be essential in crafting engaging gameplay experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and build large, immersive levels that create memorable gameplay experiences.
  • Build and maintain documentation for all owned environments.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure project vision and quality benchmarks are met.
  • Provide constructive critique and solutions during level reviews.
  • Regularly play the game and provide suggestions and feedback.
Requirements:
  • Experience working as a Senior Level Designer on at least two published console titles.
  • Strong grasp of level flow, metrics, and pacing.
  • Good visual eye for scene setting, sight lines, vistas, and areas of interest.
  • Proven experience working within Unreal Engine 4 or 5, as well as with Blueprinting.
  • Experience of greyboxing levels to a professional standard.
  • Experience in scripting gameplay content in levels, such as events, interactions, and encounters.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with a creative and multidisciplinary team.
