Innovation and Learning Leader

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced subject leader to join our Design Technology team. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for driving learning and teaching excellence, developing curricula, and fostering a culture of innovation and creativity.
Responsibilities- Lead learning and teaching in Design Technology for ages 11-18
- Develop and implement curricula that cater to diverse abilities
- Provide coaching and support to teachers to enhance their practice
Salary: £53,000 - £61,000 (MPS/UPS + £2000 allowance) per annum, depending on experience
Benefits include two additional weeks of holiday, staff laptop, cycle-to-work scheme, access to NPQ programs, and opportunities for family activities
