Job Title: Evening Care Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Evening Care Assistant to join our team at Home Instead Worcester. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.

About the Role:

As an Evening Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing companionship, personal care, and support to our clients in the evening hours. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and preferences, and provide tailored care and support to ensure their comfort and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide companionship and social interaction to clients
  • Assist with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Support clients with medication management and administration
  • Prepare and serve meals and snacks
  • Assist with light housekeeping and laundry tasks
  • Provide emotional support and reassurance to clients
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work
  • Legal right to work in the UK
  • Positive attitude and a genuine willingness to prioritise the well-being of others
  • Adaptability and a personable nature
