Paraplanner Role

Opportunity for a Paraplanner to join a growing IFA business, expanding its support team and looking for a skilled professional to work alongside Advisers.

  • Job Title/Location: Paraplanner, Chester
  • Salary: £38,000 - £45,000 + generous pension contribution + PMI + study support
  • Requirements: Paraplanning experience in an IFA/Wealth Management environment, ideally Level 4 Qualified
  • Role Snapshot: Develop a client financial plan, perform periodic client reviews, suitability reports, collate recommendations and build relationships with Providers

The Company: ARC is a specialist within Financial Services recruitment, handling various roles including administration, compliance, business analysis, customer service, project/programme management, paraplanners, sales support, marketing, underwriters and group risk/employee benefits related roles.

The Role: As a Paraplanner, you will work alongside Advisers, developing a financial plan for new and existing clients, performing periodic reviews, and preparing suitability reports and recommendations. You will also administer fund switches and portfolio rebalances, process new business applications, and complete compliance documentation and spreadsheets as necessary.

Skills / Experience Required: For this role, you will ideally have at least 2 years paraplanning experience and be Level 4 Qualified. You should be strong with MS Office, a confident communicator, professional, and willing to learn/develop further.

Additional Information: The salary for the Paraplanner role is £38,000 - £45,000 with a generous company pension contribution, PMI benefits, and study support in addition.
