About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paraplanner to join our successful Wealth Management business as a key member of our busy Paraplanning Team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality support to our Advisor team, ensuring seamless delivery of financial strategies and plans to clients.
  • Prepare comprehensive suitability letters and reports, analyzing financial products to meet client requirements and objectives.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis of financial products, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information for clients.
  • Accurately record client data, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure timely updates to advisors and clients throughout the process, fostering strong relationships and trust.
  • Stay up-to-date with template changes and advice notes, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve business objectives, promoting a positive and proactive work environment.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Paraplanning role within an IFA or Wealth Management environment.
  • Experience in the pension transfer market, IHT, and/or investment product administration.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, colleagues, and providers.
  • Proficient in IT systems and software, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • A positive and proactive approach to work, with a strong sense of responsibility and initiative.
