The One Group is seeking an experienced Senior Quality Manager to lead a team of 2 Quality Inspectors and oversee the inspection department. Reporting to the Manufacturing Director, you will be responsible for CMM Programming of CMM machines with PC DMIS and support technical operations.

As a key member of our team, you will have excellent training and progression routes, as well as a steady benefits package including 24 days of holidays plus bank holidays, critical illness cover, and a discounted BUPA healthcare scheme. You will be part of a fast-paced manufacturing environment inspecting CNC Machined components and contributing to quality assurance processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Quality Inspectors and oversee the inspection department.
  • CMM Programming of CMM machines with PC DMIS.
  • Support technical operations and contribute to quality assurance processes.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Understanding of PPAP and FAIRs.
  • Ability to work in a team and lead others.
