Harrison Sands is seeking an experienced Senior Industrial Recruitment Manager to lead our East Kilbride branch. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for growing and developing our industrial client base, managing a team of recruitment consultants, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to grow and maintain our industrial client base
- Manage a team of recruitment consultants, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery
- Work closely with our Regional Business Development Manager to secure new industrial client accounts
- Collaborate with our Regional Manager to develop and implement business plans to drive growth and profitability
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, as well as Harrison Sands' policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Proven experience in industrial recruitment, with a strong track record of success
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Strong business development skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, clients, and other stakeholders
- A valid UK driver's license and the ability to work Monday to Friday in the office
