We are offering a 2-year Product Management Graduate Programme at Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, Goodwood, starting in September 2025.

As a Product Graduate, you will support the Product Managers in ensuring the success of our current series vehicles during their lifecycle in all worldwide markets.

  • You will contribute to establishing a competitive product offering by supporting product feature content and pricing.
  • You will help deliver brand and customer requirements into engineering metrics.
  • You will gather and analyze Competitor data.
  • You will manage and deliver product feature content and pricing for Bespoke Collection Cars.
  • You will support all Rolls-Royce Motor Cars products.
Qualifications and Experience
  • You should have a degree in a Business or Technical related area, with a 2:1 or above.
  • You should have a high appreciation for the automotive and luxury industries.
  • You should be willing to work in a flexible, multi-disciplinary team.
Your Benefits
  • Competitive annual salary of £34,000 p/a, increasing to £35,500 p/a in year 2.
  • 27 days holiday per annum and an attractive pension scheme.

To be eligible for this position, you must be returning to your studies for a minimum of 6 months after completion of this placement and provide proof of your legal right to work in the UK if you are not a UK passport holder.
