At Regal, we're committed to helping our clients achieve their property goals. As a Lettings Negotiator, you'll play a vital role in our team, working closely with landlords and tenants to find the perfect match.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate and book valuations to showcase properties in their best light
  • Conduct property viewings to ensure a seamless experience for clients
  • Negotiate agreements to secure lets and progress them through to exchange and completion

Requirements:
  • Preferably an experienced sales person with a track record of success
  • Able to generate new business in a target-driven environment
  • Outstanding customer care and customer service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organised, numerate, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate, with proficiency in MS Office, internet, and email systems
  • A Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
