**About the Job:**

We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager to join our team at Amazon Logistics (AMZL). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing strategic projects and programs, focusing on capacity planning, analytics, and program management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of complex cross-functional projects and programs with significant impact across multiple organizations.
  • Develop data-driven solutions using Excel models, collaborating with worldwide teams to localize best-in-class models for Australia.
  • Engage with Amazon business units globally, operations, and DSP teams to improve end-to-end outcomes for Amazon customers.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks before they become roadblocks.
  • Synchronize with third-party companies to provide Best-in-Class service to the Amazon Fleet.
