Training Programme Director

NHS England is seeking a highly skilled professional to take on the role of Training Programme Director for Genito-Urinary Medicine in North Central East London. This position requires an experienced consultant with a strong understanding of Genito-Urinary Medicine training.
The successful candidate will oversee the regional training programme, ensuring that both national standards and guidelines are met. They will also address specialty-specific concerns and recruit candidates for training posts.
As a Training Programme Director, you will be responsible for postgraduate programme management, including assessments, progression, rotations, support, and remediation. You will also need to work closely with the Postgraduate Dean and other key departments.
Salary: £80,000 - 120,000 per annum
