We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Manager who can lead, motivate and inspire a team to excel in our welcoming Starbucks store. Our Assistant Managers play a key role in managing the store when the Manager is not present, and are responsible for ensuring the team operates smoothly.

As a second-in-command, you will focus on promoting sales, increasing profitability, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also be involved in leading and engaging the team, making beverages, maintaining store cleanliness, and serving our loyal customers.
